京東Q2淨利潤增長大幅超預期，供應鏈技術助力打造電商差異化能力
8月15日，京東集團發佈2024年二季度及中期業績。淨利潤達到145億元，同比增長69%；淨利潤率達到5%歷史歷史新高，均大幅超出市場預期。二季度收入達到2914億元，物流及其他服務收入達到341億元，同比增長7.9%，品牌和商家實現了有質量增長。
“二季度，我們持續致力於業務的可持續和高質量發展，我們不斷夯實供應鏈能力和用户體驗，助力京東在中國電商行業中建立差異化能力。”京東集團首席執行官許冉女士表示。
其中，以供應鏈技術驅動商家降本增效，是京東差異化能力的特徵之一。據統計，自2017年全面向技術轉型以來，京東已投入研發費用近1300億元。
以大模型為代表的AI技術以及雲計算、大數據等，在京東內部供應鏈和外部商家都紮實落地，釋放了巨大的技術紅利。在京東618期間，京東雲言犀數字人攜手5,000個品牌穩定開播，直播累計觀看人次超過1億，21位總裁數字人亮相京東直播間，開啟了行業首個總裁數字人大規模實踐。
在7月的2024京東雲峯會上，京東雲還宣佈了大模型的應用成績單：在京東內部100個場景內，已經有超過35萬京東自有配送員、超過23萬商家、超過5萬副主任級別以上的醫生、超過2萬採銷運營、超過1萬研發人員在使用大模型應用。
在本季度，京東雲發佈了全新的言犀數字人3.0平台，基於京東言犀大模型及多模態交互能力，實現了從單一產品到智能平台化的跨越，平台上線100多個個性化角色，50多個行業的特定屬性場景，實現零配置下覆蓋90%的常見問詢，商品推薦應答準確率超過了90%。目前已有超過5000商家在使用京東雲言犀數字人主播，帶動GMV超百億元。
為了推動大模型技術和應用的持續落地，京東雲還發布了三大智能平台：京東雲企業大模型服務、京東雲言犀智能體平台、京東雲智能編程助手JoyCoder，以及多項技術產品。
京東雲企業大模型服務，能幫助企業一站式打造專屬大模型，兼具垂直領域專業性和經濟適用性。京東雲言犀智能體平台，能夠讓非技術人員靈活搭建大模型應用，目前產出活躍智能體超3300個，並沉澱超過100個行業解決方案模版。京東雲智能編程助手JoyCoder，已經服務於京東內部零售、物流、健康的上萬名開發者，編寫的應用服務於數億用户，生成代碼採納率超過35%，研發提效30%。
在京東打造差異化競爭力的過程中，京東科技始終以技術驅動供應鏈降本增效，將AI大模型的技術生產力釋放給廣大商家，讓中小企業也能同樣享受到技術紅利。顧客少花錢，商家多掙錢，產業更高效。這樣健康可持續的增長路徑，正向電商和其他實體產業領域釋放源源不斷的價值。
