大行評級|花旗:下調耐世特目標價至4.2港元 中期業績表現偏軟
花旗研究報吿指,耐世特中期業績表現偏軟,收入20.99億美元,按年持平,純利按年下跌54%至1600萬美元,未達該行及市場預期。盈利下跌主要是由於不利工程無形資產減值開支1400萬美元、巴西水災帶來300萬美元的影響,以及不利外匯波動的負面影響達1,000萬美元。管理層亦下調了今年收入目標至按年升1%(原指引為升3-5%)。
該行將集團2024年至2026年的盈利預測分別下調47%、36%及32%,目標價相應由5.4港元降至4.2港元,維持“買入”評級。
