北京健康(02389.HK)預期中期虧損增加
格隆匯8月9日丨北京健康(02389.HK)公吿,公司預期截至2024年6月30日止期間的公司擁有人應占虧損將會較2023年同期增加約4,000萬港元。
本期間,集團的日常經營業務維持相對穩定,公司擁有人應占虧損增加主要原因如下:(1)由於加元貶值,導致集團以加元計價的其他應收款及於聯營公司的投資於本期間錄得匯兑虧損約1,240萬港元,而去年同期則錄得匯兑收益約1,011萬港元;(2)集團持有的上市聯營公司的股價於期內下跌,集團對該投資進行減值評估時,於本期間增加減值撥備約525萬港元;(3)由於集團對位於加拿大的Ovation房地產項目的債權投資於本期初已完成,本期間確認的利息收入減少約513萬港元;及(4)本期間確認分佔合營公司的虧損增加498萬港元,主要是因利率上升導致合營公司的利息支出增加。
