淘寶全面優化運費險策略，部分策略將在9月試運行
針對今年全行業售後服務成本增高情況，淘寶近期將全面優化當前運費險策略。消息人士稱，淘寶天貓已就運費險問題，與合作伙伴進行多輪磋商，部分政策有望在今年9月試運行。
該人士稱，雖然策略細節目前尚未完全敲定，但可以確定的是，本輪策略調整後，淘寶天貓商家有望獲得更多運費險相關補貼，經營成本進一步下降。
今年以來，運費險已成為電商行業困擾商家的重要問題。雖然運費險的設計初衷在於通過降低退貨環節可能存在的矛盾與資損提升消費者體驗，但也被一些“黑灰產“利用，損害了部分正常經營商家的利益。
如何在保障消費者體驗的同時，降低因運費險帶來的商家經營成本上升，是擺在平台面前的一大挑戰。
在618期間，淘寶曾聯合合作伙伴，對新商、中小商家、優質行業商家、直播商家等多種類型商家，提供多項退貨運費險保費優惠；同時，針對部分新品、低價商品，及聚划算、百億補貼等場域商品，淘寶天貓也將加碼退貨運費險保費優惠扶持，優惠力度達歷屆最高，部分商家可享最低折扣至0.01元/單。
而此次對運費險的全面優化，將不僅侷限於某個大促期間，淘寶將聯合合作伙伴，在更多行業推出更為常態化的運費險補貼政策，系統解決當前的運費險成本高企問題。
值得一提的是，針對運費險相關的騙保“黑灰產”，淘寶也將進一步加大打擊力度。淘寶內部人士透露，淘寶天貓此前已聯合合作伙伴與警方，重點針對廣東茂名、江西萍鄉等其他地區的團伙作案以騙保罪進行打擊，其中江西案件的嫌疑人已經抓獲，廣東地區已經立案。
隨着淘寶對“黑灰產”的整治加碼，以及未來一系列優化政策的落地，當前電商行業普遍存在的運費險問題也有望得到緩解。雖然保障消費者利益、提升消費者體驗至關重要，但保障正常經營商家的利益同樣至關重要。
淘寶近期正針對一系列有可能傷害商家利益的問題進行集中整治。在此之前，淘寶已率先在全行業官宣優化“僅退款”策略，稱將依據新版體驗分提升商家售後自主權，對優質店鋪減少或取消售後干預。業內普遍認為，優化營商環境、建立更健康的電商生態，已成為當前淘寶的重要發展方向。
