中國最大的全棧式雲通信服務提供商訊眾股份遞表港交所
格隆匯7月29日丨據港交所最新資料顯示，7月26日，北京訊眾通信技術股份有限公司("訊眾股份")提交港股上市申請，獨家保薦人為星展銀行(DBS)。公司股份目前在新三板上市。
招股書顯示，根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，按2023年收入排名計，公司是中國最大的全棧式雲通信服務提供商，且公司是中國最早提供雲通信服務的提供商之一。此外，根據同一消息來源，公司是中國少數能夠提供AI驅動的通信服務的提供商之一。
利用公司自2008年成立以來雲通信能力，公司於2020年5月推出新的業務分部智能通信解決方案。公司的解決方案利用軟件或軟硬件組合協助通信及連接，主要對象為公共部門客户。常見用例包括市政治理及安全。
通信平台即服務，亦稱為CPaaS，是公司業務的核心，於往績記錄期間佔公司收入的80%以上。在公司的雲CPaaS平台上，公司的客户(以互聯網公司、軟件及信息技術公司以及金融機構為主)可以方便地獲得公司股從中國主要電信運營商及其他服務提供商採購的大量綜合電信資源，包括語音、短信及移動流量功能。額外的增值功能，如數據分析、隱私保護及智能路由等已嵌入公司的CPaaS。此外，公司股亦提供聯絡中心軟件即服務，亦稱為聯絡中心SaaS，其為一套雲軟件服務，使企業能夠處理與客户及潛在客户的互動。
於2021年、2022年及2023年，公司的服務及解決方案分別為逾3,500名、2,400名及2,400名企業客户提供便利。具體而言，公司於該三年內共為63名重要客户提供服務。公司於2021年、2022年及2023年分別有37、24、32名重要客户，各家客户每年收入分別超過人民幣500萬元，分別佔該等年度總收入的約85%、80%及86%。
財務方面，於2021年、2022年、2023年及截至2024年3月31日止三個月，公司收入分別約為9.94億元、8.10億元、9.16億元、及1.52億人民幣；同期年內利潤分別為7481.6萬元、7466萬元、7658.4萬元、及514.8萬元人民幣。
此次IPO募資資金預計將用於服務及解決方案的持續研究和開發；將用於擴大公司的銷售渠道；預計將用作於中國的收購；預計將用於償還公司的未償還貸款；及預計將用於營運資金及其他一般公司用途。
