5.3億分手費！A股又見“天價”離婚，實控人近年頻繁減持
7月12日晚間消息，年逾70歲，A股公司實控人夫婦宣吿離婚。
這個天價離婚案，歷時近9個月，上海滬工年逾70歲的實控人夫妻於近日達成離婚訴訟調解。
涉及逾5億元分手費
7月12日晚間，上海滬工發佈公吿稱，公司股東舒宏瑞與股東繆莉萍已於近日達成離婚訴訟調解。舒宏瑞應於2024年7月30日之前將其持有的公司3970.75萬股股票（佔公司總股本的12.49%）過户至繆莉萍名下。
如按7月12日上海滬工收盤價13.38元計算，繆莉萍離婚後將獲得約5.3億元的“分手費”。
控制權易主，實控人不變
上海滬工表示，本次權益變動為公司實際控制人解除婚姻關係進行財產分割，屬於非交易變動，不涉及向市場減持，不觸及要約收購。
本次權益變動將導致舒宏瑞和繆莉萍分別持有的公司權益發生變動，不會導致實際控制人發生變化，但公司控股股東將由舒宏瑞變更為舒振宇（雙方兒子），實際控制人及其一致行動人合計持股比例保持不變。
資料顯示，本次權益變動後，繆莉萍持有6135.85萬股公司股份，佔公司總股本的19.30%；舒宏瑞持有198.81萬股公司股份，持股比例大幅下降至僅剩0.63%；舒振宇（目前持股比例為18.43%）、蘇州智強管理諮詢有限公司、富誠海富資管－舒振宇－富誠海富通新逸六號單一資產管理計劃持股不變。
實控人舒宏瑞近年來瘋狂減持
公開資料顯示，上海滬工的主營業務是焊接與切割設備的研發、生產及銷售，是國內規模最大的焊接與切割設備製造商之一。
本次離婚案的主角舒宏瑞，出生於1951年，現年73歲，中國國籍，無境外居留權。目前已經卸任董事長一職。2011年10月至2021年6月擔任上海滬工焊接集團股份有限公司董事長。
繆莉萍出生於1952年，現年72歲，中國國籍，上海滬工聯合創始人，2021年9月起擔任公司董事。
值得注意的是，自2021年以來，舒宏瑞已連續三年減持上海滬工的股票。其中，2021年舒宏瑞減持375萬股，2022年減持1357萬股，去年年上半年舒宏瑞再次減持794.87萬股。
今年5月，舒宏瑞與上海明鑫光儲簽署了《股份轉讓協議》，通過協議轉讓的方式，套現了3.51億元。
而此次離婚之後，舒宏瑞手中僅僅剩下不到200萬股上海滬工股票。幾乎實現從上海滬工全身而退。
A股天價離婚頻現
據悉，此類涉及上市公司實控人離婚的案例，在A股並非個例。博亞精工、銘利達、可靠股份等公司都曾在過去幾個月內，經歷了由實控人離婚帶來的股權變動。
例如，銘利達的實控人陶誠與盧萍芳的離婚財產分割，涉及的股票價值近18億元；可靠股份的實控人金利偉與鮑佳的離婚，則涉及超過13億元的上市公司股份分割。
