安泰集團(600408.SH)：簽訂“5G+工業互聯網戰略合作協議”
格隆匯7月9日丨安泰集團(600408.SH)公佈，公司和山西聯通（“乙方”）於2024年7月9日簽訂了《5G+工業互聯網戰略合作協議》（簡稱“本協議”），雙方本着“優勢互補、互惠互利、真誠合作、共同發展”的原則，依託地利之便，建立合作關係。框架協議的主要內容：
1、組建5G聯合創新實驗室
為了促進5G賦能工業互聯網，甲方支持乙方在甲方組建5G聯合創新實驗室，打造5G+AICDE（人工智能、物聯網、雲計算、大數據、邊緣計算）的通用能力平台，搭建5G創新基地，打造行業及區域智能製造標杆，支撐和服務甲方產業轉型升級，助力甲方數字經濟發展。
2、開展聯通雲的密切交流與合作
乙方以“聯通雲”為基礎，充分發揮聯通自研雲平台和本地化服務優勢，在基礎設施（IaaS）及平台(PaaS)等層面規劃建設包括虛擬機、容器、數據庫、大數據、區塊鏈、雲原生、雙引擎、超大型分佈式處理在內的完備雲服務體系，統籌甲方從生產到銷售的各項業務，打通各流程全鏈條數字通路，提供全渠道、全連通、高效率、高智能的數字化平台，助力甲方加快數字化轉型。
3、加快5G網絡建設
積極落實國家5G發展戰略，大力推進5G網絡建設，乙方與甲方合作實現廠區5G網絡全覆蓋，為廠區實施大數據戰略、發展數字經濟、建設智慧廠區提供可靠的網絡和先進的技術保障。
4、推進5G+工業互聯網的創新應用
甲方支持乙方利用5G、雲計算、物聯網、大數據、人工智能等新技術，推動甲方的網絡化、數字化、智能化轉型，推進5G+工業互聯網在甲方的縱向集成升級，同時推動甲方生產環節和服務環節的橫向融合升級。
5、共同打造工業互聯網平台
根據需求，乙方為甲方打造基於混合雲模式的工業互聯網平台，包含產業電商、採購協同、製造協同、生產執行、設備監控、產業金融、應用商等，為企業數字化、網絡化、智能化升級提供支撐服務。依託這一平台，將實現企業數字化、網絡化、智能化，為企業工業轉型升級奠定堅實基礎。
6、開展標識解析服務合作
根據需求，乙方為甲方建設標識解析企業節點，向上對接乙方綜合類標識解析二級節點，提供分配標識編碼及提供標識註冊、標識解析、標識數據服務等，向下為甲方提供產品追溯、防偽防竄、數字化營銷、售後服務管理、供應鏈管理、生產過程管理等6大產品，以提高甲方品牌競爭力和影響力。
7、開展5G智慧零碳服務合作
5G智慧零碳服務平台是中國聯通自主研發的，雙方在此平台基礎上，共同開展5G智慧零碳服務合作。包括：實現基礎碳數據彙集；實現高可信數據存證；實現智能化雙碳應用等。建立可管、可控、可視化的碳管理、服務平台，挖掘企業減碳潛能，併為甲方做進入碳市場的準備；實現對甲方的碳服務、園區的碳管理，促進低碳可持續發展。
