國內最大非公立中醫院集團同仁堂醫養遞表港交所 過去三年會員複合增長率達55.6%
格隆匯7月1日丨近日，國內領先中醫醫療集團北京同仁堂醫養投資股份有限公司向香港交易所遞交上市申請，獨家保薦人為中金公司。
公司是一家領先的中醫醫療集團，按照連鎖醫院、基層連鎖醫療機構及互聯網醫院三個層級構成自有和管理醫療機構。結合「醫」與「養」，公司提供現代化、定製化的中醫醫療服務，以標準化服務流程一站式覆蓋全場景，利用優勢專科並採用中醫藥物和非藥物治療相結合的方式，為客户提供最合適的方案。截至最後實際可行日期，公司已建立分級診療服務網絡，包括11家自有線下醫療機構及一家互聯網醫院，以及九家線下管理醫療機構。通過線下線上一體化服務網絡，公司觸達和服務遍及全國各地的客户。公司以歷史悠久的「同仁堂」品牌為依託，以優質的藥品為支撐，廣泛匯聚和整合線上線下醫療資源，按照公司截至最後實際可行日期的自有中醫院的2022年門診就診彙總人次和門診醫療服務彙總收入排名，公司是中國非公立中醫院醫療服務行業中最大的中醫院集團。
於往績記錄期間，公司的醫療服務網絡持續擴大，於2021年、2022年及2023年，公司網絡內醫療機構的總就診人次分別為140萬人次、150萬人次及190萬人次。為了更好地服務客户並提高其忠誠度，公司還在公司的醫療服務網絡中實施了一項通享的會員計劃，為會員提供各種註冊即享的便利及優惠服務。這項會員計劃還有助於公司在當地社區的客户拓展。公司吸引及留存會員的戰略卓有成效，會員累計人數從截至2021年12月31日的219,338人增加至截至2023年12月31日的530,691人，複合年增長率達55.6%。
公司的收入從截至2021年12月31日止年度的人民幣4.701億元增加至截至2023年12月31日止年度的人民幣8.950億元，複合年增長率為38.0%；公司的毛利從截至2021年12月31日止年度的人民幣7920萬元大幅增加至截至2023年12月31日止年度的人民幣1.934億元，複合年增長率為56.2%。
自2023年12月31日起直至2024年3月31日止，公司的醫療服務網絡持續擴張，體現了公司提升服務的能力及在更大範圍內服務客户的努力。因此，於2024年首三個月，公司醫療服務網絡的就診人次較2023年同期有所增加。
此次募集資金將用作擴充公司的醫療服務網絡；提升公司的醫療服務能力；償還若干未償還銀行貸款；營運資金及其他一般公司用途。
