六福集團(00590.HK):年度純利增加37.6%至17.7億港元 建議末期息每股0.64港元
格隆匯6月28日丨六福集團(00590.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年3月31日止年度,收入達153億港元,較去年同期上升28.0%,主要受惠於低基數效應及中國香港及中國澳門與中國內地的全面通關,刺激中國香港及中國澳門零售業務復甦,成為集團增長的主要推動力。集團零售收入大幅上升45.3%至127.5億港元,佔集團總收入83.2%,主要由黃金產品銷售帶動。經營開支佔收入比率改善0.6個百分點至15.0%,加上因收購香港資源控股有限公司而錄得的一次性估值收益約1.87億港元,經營溢利因此上升34.2%至21.2億港元。
報吿期內,權益持有人應占溢利增加37.6%至17.7億港元,為集團全年業績歷史第二高。建議末期股息為每股0.64港元,全年共派股息每股1.41港元,派息比率為47%。
