寶尊創始人仇文彬接受《信報》專訪:GAP今年新增50家門店
近日,寶尊創始人、寶尊集團董事長兼首席執行官仇文彬接受了香港權威財經中文媒體《信報財經新聞》(簡稱《信報》)的專訪,重點分享了GAP大中華區目前的發展現狀,以及寶尊品牌管理業務板塊未來的拓展方向。

仇文彬在受訪時表示,自寶尊去年2月完成收購GAP大中華區業務後,GAP的轉型已處於"中場",預計今年新增50家門店。
在收購GAP大中華區業務之後,寶尊去年也收購了户外品牌Hunter大中華及東南亞相關知識產權,計劃以這兩個品牌為基礎,拓展品牌管理業務。談及對GAP的收購,仇文彬指出,GAP作為一個較具規模的時尚服裝品牌,涵蓋設計、供應鏈、工廠管理甚至面料研發等上游環節,並且擁有相當數量的用户、產品和店鋪,有助於寶尊加深對品牌的理解,以實現從供應端到需求端的打通。
GAP以往主打美式休閒風,仇文彬提到,寶尊接管GAP後,在產品中加入了更多亞洲元素,以更符合中國人的身材、審美和習慣。他強調,過去消費者可能因為較大折扣而購買GAP產品,集團需要重塑GAP的風格,首先要堅持較高的毛利,"只有把折扣控制了,才知道應該放什麼價值進去,這樣就不需要打那麼多折,消費者也可以接受。"
據仇文彬介紹,GAP目前正處於風格調整過程。然而,由於GAP近年規模縮減較多,因此將重新開設一些門店,甚至有所增長。新開門店預計以400平方米左右的中型店鋪為主;目前GAP在國內有120多家門店。
至於寶尊傳統的電商業務(品牌店鋪運營、客户服務、倉儲物流、技術服務和數字營銷等),仇文彬透露,該業務為寶尊集團的核心業務,主力求穩,將致力提升服務質量,包括提供全渠道運營。目前寶尊已覆蓋逾30個主流電商平台。
