6月24日数据显示，海陆重工最新公布的前十大流通股东名单中，李淑彦、朱然的信澳匠心臻选两年混合现身，持股1663.76万股。
范琨调研润邦股份
6月25日，润邦股份被机构调研，融通基金范琨现身。近半年数据显示，范琨在管基金中，尚未持有该股票。
苏新基金董事长离任 仅开业两月
6月26日，苏新基金公吿，因工作调整原因，原董事长陈洁于6月24日离任，将由总经理卢凯代任董事长。据悉，苏新基金获批开业仅两个月；6月24日、6月26日，苏新基金接连上报了公司旗下首只、第二只公募产品，分别为苏新舒享利率债债券基金、苏新鑫盛利率债债券基金。

新一波基金降费潮来临
新一波基金降费潮来临，且“打折”力度更甚，多只基金直接将费率降至“腰斩”线以下，有基金甚至将申购费率打两折。从涉及的基金类型来看，主动权益类基金，以及部分固收类、货币类基金纷纷降费。
月内7只政金债基金提前结募
6月份以来，以认购截止日计算，共有中信保诚中债0-3年政金债A、建信中债0-5年政金债指数A、富安达上清所0-3年政金债指数A等7只政金债基金提前结募。排排网数据显示，按照基金成立日为统计标准，截至6月26日，今年以来，共有44只政金债指数基金成立，占债券型新发基金数量的22.73%。
基金最新调研20家公司
6月26日共30家公司被机构调研，按调研机构类型看，基金参与20家公司的调研活动，其中，10家以上基金扎堆调研公司共7家。云路股份最受关注，参与调研的基金达22家；兴森科技、华锐精密等分别获21家、20家基金集体调研。
多家私募加紧修订基金合同
据悉，多家知名私募近日已陆续向投资者发布变更合同征询函或吿知书，产品合同修订内容至少包括：基金投资于单一股票(按成本计)不得超过基金资产净值的投资比例限制条款，以及相应合同投资范围及投资限制修改后的风险揭示内容调整等内容，相关修订将在7月30日前完成。据公开消息，8月1日起，《私募证券投资基金运作指引》将正式实施。
私募基金管理规模达19.89万亿元
中国基金业协会近日发布的数据显示，2024年5月，新备案私募基金数量745只，新备案规模198.21亿元。截至5月末，存续私募基金152001只，存续基金规模19.89万亿元。其中，存续私募证券投资基金95798只，存续规模5.19万亿元；存续私募股权投资基金30901只，存续规模10.99万亿元；存续创业投资基金24262只，存续规模3.26万亿元。
证券私募主体监管试点启动
为建立监管与市场的有效沟通机制，提升监管部门对行业风险的识别能力，打通监管部门引导、服务行业机构的路径，北京证监局借鉴持牌机构主体监管工作有益经验，启动北京辖区证券类私募投资基金管理人主体监管工作试点。首批试点名单包含股票多头、量化、债券类等20家证券私募基金管理人。
