6月24日數據顯示，海陸重工最新公佈的前十大流通股東名單中，李淑彥、朱然的信澳匠心臻選兩年混合現身，持股1663.76萬股。
範琨調研潤邦股份
6月25日，潤邦股份被機構調研，融通基金範琨現身。近半年數據顯示，範琨在管基金中，尚未持有該股票。
蘇新基金董事長離任 僅開業兩月
6月26日，蘇新基金公吿，因工作調整原因，原董事長陳潔於6月24日離任，將由總經理盧凱代任董事長。據悉，蘇新基金獲批開業僅兩個月；6月24日、6月26日，蘇新基金接連上報了公司旗下首隻、第二隻公募產品，分別為蘇新舒享利率債債券基金、蘇新鑫盛利率債債券基金。

新一波基金降費潮來臨
新一波基金降費潮來臨，且“打折”力度更甚，多隻基金直接將費率降至“腰斬”線以下，有基金甚至將申購費率打兩折。從涉及的基金類型來看，主動權益類基金，以及部分固收類、貨幣類基金紛紛降費。
月內7只政金債基金提前結募
6月份以來，以認購截止日計算，共有中信保誠中債0-3年政金債A、建信中債0-5年政金債指數A、富安達上清所0-3年政金債指數A等7只政金債基金提前結募。排排網數據顯示，按照基金成立日為統計標準，截至6月26日，今年以來，共有44只政金債指數基金成立，佔債券型新發基金數量的22.73%。
基金最新調研20家公司
6月26日共30家公司被機構調研，按調研機構類型看，基金參與20家公司的調研活動，其中，10家以上基金扎堆調研公司共7家。雲路股份最受關注，參與調研的基金達22家；興森科技、華鋭精密等分別獲21家、20家基金集體調研。
多傢俬募加緊修訂基金合同
據悉，多家知名私募近日已陸續向投資者發佈變更合同徵詢函或吿知書，產品合同修訂內容至少包括：基金投資於單一股票(按成本計)不得超過基金資產淨值的投資比例限制條款，以及相應合同投資範圍及投資限制修改後的風險揭示內容調整等內容，相關修訂將在7月30日前完成。據公開消息，8月1日起，《私募證券投資基金運作指引》將正式實施。
私募基金管理規模達19.89萬億元
中國基金業協會近日發佈的數據顯示，2024年5月，新備案私募基金數量745只，新備案規模198.21億元。截至5月末，存續私募基金152001只，存續基金規模19.89萬億元。其中，存續私募證券投資基金95798只，存續規模5.19萬億元；存續私募股權投資基金30901只，存續規模10.99萬億元；存續創業投資基金24262只，存續規模3.26萬億元。
證券私募主體監管試點啟動
為建立監管與市場的有效溝通機制，提升監管部門對行業風險的識別能力，打通監管部門引導、服務行業機構的路徑，北京證監局借鑑持牌機構主體監管工作有益經驗，啟動北京轄區證券類私募投資基金管理人主體監管工作試點。首批試點名單包含股票多頭、量化、債券類等20家證券私募基金管理人。
