哪吒汽車母公司合眾新能源汽車遞表港交所
格隆匯6月26日丨6月25日，哪吒汽車母公司合眾新能源汽車股份有限公司(以下簡稱"合眾新能源汽車")向港交所遞交上市申請。保薦人為中金、摩根士丹利、中信證券、農銀國際、招銀國際。
公吿稱，公司定位於成為新能源車企全球化的領軍者。通過持續創新與精準產品定位，公司已成為中國領先的智能電動車品牌，未來將繼續深化公司的全球化戰略佈局，通過海外市場持續為公司發展帶來重要動力。公司的汽車交付量從2021年的64,230輛，快速增長至2023年的124,189輛，年複合增長率為39.0%。公司延伸至利潤率更高的中高端市場，以及將公司在中國的成功經驗深化到海外市場。
公司前瞻性提前佈局海外市場，在2023年實現出口17,019輛，佔2023年總銷量的13.7%，貢獻了12.0%的銷售收入。公司深耕東南亞市場，根據灼識諮詢報吿，於2023年，以上險量計，公司是東南亞新能源乘用車排名前三的品牌。未來將持續大力發展拉丁美洲、中東和非洲，並隨後適時向歐洲拓展。香港作為哪吒全球總部、上海作為哪吒戰略運營總部，全球化的管理架構協同推進海外征程。
財務方面，2021-2023年度，公司實現收入分別為人民幣50.87億元、人民幣130.50億元及人民幣135.55億元；公司擁有人應占虧損分別為人民幣48.40億元、人民幣66.66億元及人民幣68.08億元；負經營現金流量分別為人民幣29.91億元、人民幣54.08億元及人民幣43.54億元。
值得注意的是，截至2024年5月31日止五個月，與2023年同期相比，公司的汽車銷量有所下降。此主要是由於公司在該期間努力合理化及簡化公司的國內生產能力及全球供應架構，以進一步推進公司的國際舉措，而此暫時影響公司汽車生產。公司一直推行海外擴張戰略，向具有高增長潛力的海外市場擴展，且在執行此戰略方面取得顯著進展。
此次募資資金將用於海外市場的戰略性擴展，以提升哪吒品牌的全球影響力；將用於豐富產品組合及提升智能汽車軟硬體技術；將用於擴大在中國的銷售、服務及充電基礎設施網絡，以及進行數字營銷及營運用户社羣；及將用作營運資金及其他一般企業用途。
此前曾有報道稱，合眾新能源汽車計劃在港交所上市，集資約10億美元。
