港股異動丨華人置業拉昇升超23%,3連升,劉鑾雄疑將股份轉至CCASS
華人置業(0127.HK)盤中拉昇升超23%至1.53港元,為連續第三日上升,股價創2023年11月以來新高。消息面上,據中央結算系統(CCASS)數據顯示,上週三(6月19日)有2.31億股或12.1%華置股份存入CCASS。以當日收市價1.14港元計,市值約2.63億港元。“大劉”劉鑾雄與其妻陳凱韻,合共持有74.99%或約14.31億股華人置業,當中有2.3億股由Joseph Lau Luen Hung Investments Limited持有,與上週三存倉數目相近。外界一般視大額存倉CCASS為企業資本行動或股東交易的先兆。劉鑾雄與其妻陳凱韻曾於2021年底提出以每股4港元私有化華人置業,惟未能過半遭否決。
