周黑鴨(01458.HK)公吿董事會變動
昨日，周黑鴨國際控股有限公司(簡稱"周黑鴨"，代碼"01458.HK")發佈公吿，張宇晨先生因個人發展原因，申請辭去公司執行董事、行政總裁及董事會策略發展委員會委員職務。辭任後將不再在公司擔任任何職務。
由於需要更多時間投入公司的其他事務，文勇先生辭任執行董事及策略發展委員會委員職務。
同時，周黑鴨宣佈董事會主席兼執行董事周富裕先生即日起將兼任公司執行總裁，供應鏈首席官呂漢斌先生和華中大區總經理王亞利女士被委任為公司執行董事。董事會相信，在周富裕先生的領導下，公司經營將持續變革，不斷提升經營質量，實現長期可持續發展。
公吿中指出，張宇晨先生和文勇先生在職期間，勤勉盡責、恪盡職守，為公司規範運作和長遠發展發揮了積極作用，公司對張宇晨先生和文勇先生任職期間的貢獻表示衷心的感謝。
據瞭解，2019年5月張宇晨先生加入周黑鴨。在過去的五年時間裏，張宇晨先生帶領團隊建立了"直營＋特許經營"雙輪模式，帶領周黑鴨升級了商業模式。讓周黑鴨在面對突變的市場環境時，擁有了更穩健的商業模式，為整體業績保駕護航，推動周黑鴨邁向新的發展階段。
在職期間，張宇晨先生主導發展周黑鴨互聯網多元化發展戰略，領導建立了業內最全的年輕人觸達渠道。在2019-2023年期間，周黑鴨外賣終端含税銷售額、社區生鮮渠道含税銷售額等新渠道都迎來了大幅增長，為周黑鴨的發展注入了新活力。
在2019-2023年期間，2023年周黑鴨線下營收來自直營門店的收入達14.66億，同比增長26.9%；特許經營門店營收達7.83億元，同比增長13%；公司總營收達到27.4億元，同比增長17.1%。其中，周黑鴨外賣終端含税銷售額從4.32億元攀升至截至8.53億元，增長近一倍，社區生鮮渠道含税銷售額從0.16億元提高至1.48億元，增長了825%。
在張宇晨先生的帶領下，周黑鴨穩健韌性發展，一直保持發展活力。即使在線下受疫情影響時期，周黑鴨仍然能保持良好的經營活動現金淨流量，為周黑鴨的長期健康穩定發展打下堅實的基礎。並且，在2023年公司營收增速達到17.1%，領跑整個滷味行業。
中國食品產業分析師朱丹蓬表示，張宇晨先生出身世界500強外企，尤其擁有寶潔長年管理的經驗，在公司戰略制定、策略細節把控及執行力監管方面有着極強的能力。而張宇晨來到周黑鴨後，也給周黑鴨帶來了規範化、專業化、品牌化運營的全新思路，尤其是張宇晨主導的"直營＋特許經營"模式既符合五年前周黑鴨的發展現狀，也符合整個行業的發展趨勢，對周黑鴨的貢獻有目共睹。
周富裕先生表示，感謝張宇晨先生五年的辛勤付出與貢獻，尤其是帶領團隊堅持長期主義，在開創直營特許雙輪發展商業模式、開拓線上渠道等方面取得突出成績，為推動公司全面可持續發展做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。並祝福張宇晨先生未來一切順利！
