股價大升超514%！匯成真空創業板上市，最新市值約75億元
今天登陸創業板的新股匯成真空升嗨了！
格隆匯獲悉，6月5日，廣東匯成真空科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱“匯成真空”）在創業板上市，保薦人為東莞證券股份有限公司，興業證券股份有限公司為其聯席主承銷商。
匯成真空(301392)發行價格12.2元/股，發行市盈率為16.31倍，明顯低於27.32倍的行業市盈率。截止到發稿時間，其股價升超514%，最新市值約75億元。
匯成真空是一家以真空鍍膜設備研發、生產、銷售及其技術服務為主的真空應用解決方案供應商，主要產品或服務為真空鍍膜設備以及配套的工藝服務支持。
具體來看，2021年至2023年，匯成真空的主營業務收入來源於真空鍍膜設備、配件及耗材、技術服務及其他這三大業務，其中真空鍍膜設備的營收佔比在70%以上，是公司的重要收入來源。

業績方面，2021年、2022年、2023年，匯成真空實現營收分別約5.34億元、5.71億元、5.22億元，對應的淨利潤分別為7001.60萬元、7041.77萬元、8107.55萬元。
經審閲，2024年1-3月，匯成真空的營業收入為7170.39萬元，同比增長1.22%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為743.17萬元，同比增長20.48%。

2021年、2022年、2023年，匯成真空的綜合毛利率分別為31.35%、30.99%、32.65%，略低於可比上市公司平均值。

消費電子行業是公司真空鍍膜設備主要的下游應用領域。報吿期內，匯成真空產品應用於消費電子行業的銷售收入佔同期主營業務收入的比例分別為65.21%、56.17%和28.71%，未來如果消費電子行業景氣度下降，可能會影響公司產品的銷售。
值得注意的是，作為目前全球消費電子行業的龍頭企業之一的蘋果公司及其產業鏈廠商是匯成真空的重要客户。報吿期內，公司對蘋果產業鏈廠商的合計銷售額佔主營業務收入的比例分別為53.77%、35.64%和23.34%，來自蘋果產業鏈廠商的毛利佔主營業務毛利額比例超過30%，佔比較大，存在對蘋果產業鏈依賴的風險。
本次IPO所募集的資金主要用於研發生產基地項目、真空鍍膜研發中心項目、補充流動資金項目。
