大行評級|中銀國際:內房數據顯示市場改善 首選中國海外
中銀國際發表研究報吿指,在中央多項樓市措施支持下,近期內地房地產市場數據顯示,市況已有所改善,其中5月份二手樓價按月跌幅收窄,5月最後一個星期新樓交投按年跌幅亦收窄,新樓庫存水平進一步下降等,因此目前對行業看法變得更為樂觀。不過,該行提醒,目前內地樓市復甦趨勢的可持續性尚未明確,建議投資者密切關注地方政府在去庫存政策的實施細節,包括指示企業購入商品房用作保障性住房項目等,較推薦財務穩健、增長前景更好、盈利能力更好、估值低的公司,首選為中國海外。
