“AI 大神”戴文淵談創新:用第四範式理論,提升企業競爭力為社會創造價值
近日,“AI 大神”、第四範式公司創始人、CEO 戴文淵做客格隆匯高端訪談《格隆博士會客廳》。
在訪談中,戴文淵表示,創立第四範式的動機是希望建立一家以AI技術為核心,服務於所有企業的公司,相信AI技術應該解決企業的核心問題。
其業務模式與當時主流AI公司不同,而是專注於構建行業垂直大模型,這一決策基於他對AI技術價值的深刻理解。

在與格隆的深入訪談中,戴文淵分享了他離開百度後的職業轉變和創立第四範式的初衷。
2013年,戴文淵離開百度,加入華為,擔任諾亞方舟實驗室的主任科學家,並迅速在金融領域取得突破,贏得了華為總裁獎。然而,他很快發現,儘管華為給予了他巨大的平台和資源,但他的願景是將AI作為核心業務,而非僅僅作為輔助其他產品銷售的工具。
於是2014年,戴文淵創立了第四範式,這標誌着他職業生涯的新篇章。
對於創立第四範式的動機,他表示,正如初心,希望建立一家以AI技術為核心,服務於所有企業的公司。同時,也正是在華為的經歷讓他深刻認識到,AI技術應該解決企業的核心問題,而非僅僅是邊緣問題。
戴文淵介紹,第四範式的行業垂直大模型,與市場上的通用大模型有着本質的區別。通用大模型,如大語言模型,主要聚焦於預測文本或生成圖像,而第四範式的行業垂直大模型則針對特定行業的核心問題,如銀行的信用評估、醫療機構的體檢報吿等,提供定製化的解決方案。
他以招商銀行為例,説明了第四範式的目標是幫助企業解決實際問題,如風控提升,而不是僅僅提供一項技術。
當前,第四範式的行業垂直大模型已經在多個領域取得了顯著的成功。例如,抖音和小紅書等平台的智能推薦系統,就是基於第四範式的技術構建的。這些系統通過提供個性化的內容推薦,顯著提升了用户的平均在線時長和活躍度,從而增強了平台的核心競爭力。
對於第四範式未來的展望。他相信,通過不斷的技術創新和深入行業合作,第四範式能夠為社會創造更大的價值,推動AI技術在更多領域的應用。
