浙江榮泰(603119.SH):子公司擬在泰國設立子公司及建設生產項目
格隆匯5月14日丨浙江榮泰(603119.SH)公佈,擬通過全資子公司新加坡榮泰電工器材有限公司在泰國成立子公司的方式最終投資建設年產1.8萬噸新能源汽車用雲母材料及新型複合材料項目,本次項目預計累計總投資額約30,000萬元人民幣(摺合美元約42,235,675.07元美元,匯率按照2024年5月13日的中國人民銀行美元兑人民幣匯率中間價1:7.1030計算),具體投資金額以實際投入為準。
項目計劃用地125畝,建設期為2年。項目擬購置雲母產品生產線、雲母結構件成型機、全自動化擠出及檢測生產設備。為了進一步提高生產效率和加強環境保護工作,還將配備DCS全自動配膠系統、自動化輔助設備以及高效環保清潔設備。同時,藉助ERP系統和智慧能源管理系統,將全力打造一個數字化生產工廠,以提升生產過程的智能化和精細化管理水平。
