華創證券：3月淘寶GMV大升14%，客單價逆勢上升8.4%
華創證券今日發佈研報稱，2024年3月，淘寶天貓GMV同比去年增長14%，超過拼多多13%的同比增幅。
用户活躍度和使用時長方面，淘寶也領先一眾電商平台。今年3月，淘寶MAU（月活躍用户數）達9.1億，同比增長10%，在電商平台中保持第一；平台活躍用户平均使用時長，相比短視頻平台的普遍負增長，淘寶同比增長25%，打開頁面數也明顯出現同比增長。
華創證券指出，由於低價競爭的影響，國內電商整體的訂單轉化率與價格與往年比有所下滑。2024 年1~2月，全網包裹件平均單價78.3元/件，較去年同期下降28元/件，主要受拼多多與抖快低件單價商品提升影響。但淘寶天貓的客單價出現逆勢上升，1季度同比增長8.4%。
淘寶天貓從一系列迴歸用户的業務動作中獲得了新的增長驅動力，今年第一季度實現量價齊升。
阿里巴巴集團首席執行官吳泳銘就任淘天集團董事長以來，提出以“迴歸用户”作為戰略核心，聚焦電商競爭中用户最關心的體驗，進行全面提升。此後，淘天集團出台了一系列舉措，全面提升產品、供給、服務的綜合體驗。
今年以來，淘天集團持續優化物流、售後、88VIP服務等各個環節，上線“僅退款”服務，實現用户體驗升級。平均到貨時長下降8.1小時，平均退貨退款時長下降17小時，旺旺的客服滿意度提升6個百分點。
全面升級店鋪綜合體驗評分標準，將店鋪的“退款拒絕率”、“平台求助率”、“退貨運費險”，物流的“軌跡異常率”、“承諾時效”、“送貨上門”等用户高度關心的因素納入考核，對好服務商家提供資源傾斜。
今年3月，淘寶上線了“先用後付“服務，消費者可在簽約商家的店鋪內0元下單商品，確認收貨再付款。對於該服務，商家可以自主選擇簽約與否，並可隨時退出，如出現壞賬由平台承擔。
淘寶同期更新了運費險規則，在貨在途消費者退款場景下，運費險可直接賠付快遞攔截費。也就是説，當用户對還沒有送到的訂單進行退款，平台將聯動物流，自動對在途商品進行攔截，商家不需要承擔快遞攔截費和被“僅退款”的風險，用户也不必先收貨、再退貨。
針對用户反饋較多的服飾類商品超長預售問題，淘寶也出台新規，要求日常女裝類預售期不得超過15天。
在商家側，為了降低商家經營成本，今年4月起，淘系經營工具“生意參謀”全面免費。同時，店小蜜客服機器人、圖片空間對特定規模以下商家免費。此舉被外界廣泛解讀為淘寶提升運營效能的重要轉型動作。
4月16日，阿里媽媽基於大模型能力，發佈新產品“全站推廣”，將全面接入淘系搜索、推薦資源位，為商品提供一步到位的全站流量運營解決方案，顯著提升商家的流量轉化效率。內測期間，全體參與商家投放商品的成交環比投放前增加62%，已有商家打爆速度提升了301.92%，GMV增長了2.97倍。
近期，淘寶天貓面向商家發佈了一系列AI工具及服務，商家可使用AI一鍵開店，支持快速發品、 智能裝修和詳情生成，在5分鐘內完成新店創建與商品售賣。
業內人士普遍認為，淘寶今年以來對用户體驗的關注與投入顯著增強了平台的競爭力，預計GMV和用户活躍度將持續增長。
