巨星傳奇(06683.HK)公佈年度業績 收入增加約25.0% IP創造及營運業務顯著增長
格隆匯3月27日丨巨星傳奇(06683.HK)發佈公吿，截至2023年12月31日止年度，公司收入人民幣430.2百萬元，較2022財年增加約25.0%。毛利人民幣276.3百萬元，較2022財年增加約24.0%。
於報吿期間，集團持續錄得其IP創造及營運業務的顯著增長。該業務分部所產生的收入由2022財年的人民幣104.1百萬元大幅增加至2023財年的人民幣190.4百萬元，增幅約為82.9%。集團的主要IP節目之一“周遊記2”(為由周杰倫先生主演的12集真人秀節目)已於2023年11月至2024年2月在浙江衞視及多個線上平台播出。於浙江衞視播出期間，“周遊記2”平均收視率為1.15%，首集收視率在當天同時段播出的所有電視節目中排名第一。
另一方面，作為進入元宇宙(為用户可與計算機生成環境及其他用户互動的虛擬實景空間)生態系統的第一步，於2023財年，集團與中國移動合作於中國移動元宇宙產業聯盟中推出周杰倫先生的數智人，並開發一系列的人工智能系統以支持集團在元宇宙的近期發展及其他內容的創作。
就新零售業務而言，集團繼續利用其獨有的明星IP賦能，以提升產品銷量。根據灼識諮詢進行的市場調查，2023年集團的旗艦產品魔胴咖啡在中國防彈飲品市場繼續排名第一(以銷量、銷售額計)。集團的另一主打產品－抹茶粉亦於抖音網上商城的天然食品粉末產品中名列第一(以銷量、銷售額計)。就其產品的銷售及分銷而言，集團繼續與劉畊宏先生、王姵雲女士及其他KOL(關鍵意見領袖)合作，(其中包括)於彼等直播環節、線上短視頻及╱或其他線上及線下表演中推廣集團的產品，從而通過各電商平台的網店促進集團產品的銷售。透過其他電商渠道銷售對集團的收入貢獻由2022財年的人民幣40.7百萬元增至2023財年的人民幣49.4百萬元。集團相信，憑藉優質的產品及多元化的分銷管道，以及明星IP的推廣效應，將能夠增強新零售業務的可持續性及未來增長。
展望未來，集團將繼續通過製作各類IP內容，將其IP組合商業化。例如，集團近期與中國移動旗下音樂平台咪咕音樂訂立合作，推出一系列以其明星IP為特色的視頻彩鈴，如“周遊記2”，用户可以下載並用作個人彩鈴。集團亦計劃打造獨有的視頻彩鈴，作為與其明星IP管理業務一併提供的推廣服務的一部分。集團相信，通過提供不同維度的IP內容，於推廣其IP組合方面亦會產生協同效應。就明星IP管理業務而言，集團近期與孫耀威先生就彼於中國的娛樂及表演業務達成合作，並將於今年推出個人巡迴演唱會。
此外，集團亦計劃參與多場線上及線下活動及表演的投資及╱或策劃，包括在中國部分城市舉辦的“周杰倫《嘉年華》世界巡迴演唱會2024”、由劉畊宏先生及王姵雲女士參加的“健身嘉年華”，以及透過“元宇宙”舉辦的虛擬演唱會。就媒體內容創作而言，預計以庾澄慶先生為中心的音樂脱口秀節目“樂來樂快樂”將於2024年上半年播出。
