蔡崇信：阿里巴巴將加大對菜鳥戰略投入 支持建設全球物流網絡
3月26日晚，阿里巴巴集團發佈公吿，宣佈擬以37.5億美元收購菜鳥少數股東股份和員工股權，撤回菜鳥上市申請。未來，菜鳥將作為阿里巴巴核心業務的組成部分和電商的重要基礎設施，加強與阿里電商業務的協同發展；阿里巴巴則將繼續加大對物流領域的戰略級投入，支持菜鳥全球擴張。
在當晚的分析師電話會上，阿里巴巴集團董事會主席蔡崇信表示，撤回上市申請、收購股權是基於集團戰略和菜鳥IPO進展所處階段兩方面考量。
電商是阿里巴巴兩大核心業務之一，要提供最具競爭力的消費者體驗，菜鳥和電商業務的深度融合至關重要。“考慮到菜鳥對阿里巴巴的戰略重要性和構建全球物流網絡的重大長期機遇，我們認為現在正是阿里巴巴對菜鳥加大投入的合適時機。”蔡崇信表示。
“對菜鳥來説，未來將有機會通過更持續的基礎設施投資，擴大全球物流網絡，成為服務全球客户的領先網絡。”他説，這需要保持長期投資耐心和長遠眼光。
蔡崇信表示，綜合考慮菜鳥在阿里巴巴的戰略角色和未來規劃，以及在當前市場條件下IPO難以反映菜鳥的戰略價值，阿里巴巴決定撤回申請，並提議收購菜鳥少數股東及員工股權。
時值阿里巴巴集團啟組織變革一週年，集團新管理層已正式接任半年。蔡崇信強調，“組織變革使決策更加靈活和有效，對我們業務產生了重大積極影響。我們相信，組織變革的成效將反映在阿里巴巴未來的運營和財務指標上。我們在資本管理方面已取得重大進展，包括退出非核心資產投資，通過派發股息和股票回購提升股東價值等。未來我們將持續提高資本效率、提升股東回報。”
在2024 財年的前9個月，阿里共完成了17億美元的非核心資產退出。2023年自然年，阿里巴巴以95億美元用於股票回購。阿里巴巴還首次派發2023財年年度股息，股息總額約為25億美元。
2023年9月，蔡崇信、吳泳銘分別履新阿里巴巴集團董事長、CEO。過去半年，一系列調整和積極成效有目共睹——戰略更加聚焦清晰，核心業務團隊士氣更高，年輕化管理團隊走上重要崗位。對於戰略級核心業務，阿里明確表示將集中投入資源，向內外部清晰釋放了面向未來的增長信號與決心。
