諾亞控股(06686.HK)：2023年全年淨收入達32.95億元
格隆匯3月27日丨諾亞控股(06686.HK)發佈公吿，2023年全年，淨收入為人民幣32.947億元(4.64億美元)，較2022年增加6.3%，主要由於與諾亞財富管理業務相關的募集費收入增加所致。財富管理業務方面，2023年來自募集費收入的淨收入為人民幣10.824億元(1.525億美元)，較2022年增加72.2%，主要由於分銷的保險產品增加；來自管理費的淨收入為人民幣11.017億元(1.552億美元)；2023年來自其他服務費的淨收入為人民幣2.211億元(3110萬美元)，較2022年增加54.1%，主要是由於諾亞向其高淨值客户提供的增值服務增加。資產管理業務方面，2023年來自管理費的淨收入為人民幣7.125億元(1.003億美元)，較2022年增加5.0%。
2024年3月26日，董事會批准派發年度股息合共約人民幣5.09億元(7170萬美元)，根據於2023年11月29日採納的資本管理及股東回報政策，其相當於2023年全年諾亞股東應占的非公認會計准則淨收益的50%。董事會亦已批准非經常性特別股息合共約人民幣5.09億元(7170萬美元)。年度及特別股息派付計劃將於股東周年大會(預期將於2024年6月舉行)期間審閲並於其後公佈。
諾亞聯合創始人兼主席汪靜波女士表示：“儘管資本市場經歷了充滿挑戰的一年，但我欣然報吿諾亞在2023年實現了淨收入及非公認會計准則淨利益的雙增長。於過去數個季度，我們對自身進行重新定位，以堅實的基礎開始新的一年，並在這個充滿挑戰的市場環境中推動增長。隨着客户對全球資產分配需求的增長，我們的國際擴張步伐不斷加快。於本年度，海外資產管理規模增長10.7%；海外淨收入增長73.0%；及海外註冊客户及活躍客户分別增長14.2%及38.0%。我們的資產負債表穩健，並有足夠的資金來支持諾亞的海外擴張。”
