莊士國際(00367.HK)預期收到新中梁組合交換舊票據 涉1,200萬美元新票據及現金還款10萬美元
莊士機構國際(00367.HK)公布,昨日(21日)接獲其投資銀行,預期將收到新中梁組合以交換舊中梁票據,包括現金還款約10萬美元,及於2027年7月1日到期1,200萬美元5厘票據。
上述新中梁組合(包括現金還款及新中梁票據)已與舊中梁票據及當中發行人尚未償付之未償還利息約140萬美元進行交換。
舊中梁票據包括本金總額為1,000萬美元。
