《本地樓市》長實(01113.HK)紅磡「海韻軒」30間套房推1.85萬元月租計劃
長實(01113.HK)旗下Horizon Hotels & Suites營運的紅磡「海韻軒」,宣布即日起至4月底推出30間600呎以上的兩房兩廳套房,以「一口價」優惠出租,租用期6個月或以上每月租金為18,500元。
長江實業地產投資有限公司董事劉啟文表示,酒店現時每月平均入住率高達九成,隨著更多專才陸續來港,海外及內地客人對長租酒店需求持續上升,早前亦收到不少客人查詢,因此決定今年再推出該早鳥優惠。
