喜相逢集團(02473.HK)盈喜:預期2023財年擁有人應占利潤增加逾30.5%
格隆匯3月7日丨喜相逢集團(02473.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期2023財年將錄得公司擁有人應占利潤不少於人民幣103百萬元,較截至2022年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占利潤約人民幣78.9百萬元增加不少於30.5%。
董事會認為,預期2023財年公司擁有人應占利潤增加主要由於:(1)自於2022年爆發的COVID-19的不利影響中恢復,集團加大銷售及營銷力度及開設新自營銷售網點以發展集團的業務,增加集團的收益;(2)附贖回權的普通股公允價值收益增加;以及(3)上市開支、融資成本及期權費用增加,抵銷了部分上述正面影響。
