優然牧業(09858.HK)盈警：預期2023年度虧損約10.3億至10.7億元
格隆匯3月1日丨優然牧業(09858.HK)發佈公吿，公司預期2023年度將錄得(i)公司擁有人應占虧損約人民幣1,030百萬元至人民幣1,070百萬元(截至2022年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占溢利人民幣415百萬元)；及(ii)現金EBITDA約為人民幣3,832百萬元至人民幣3,872百萬元(2022年度：人民幣3,591百萬元)，較2022年度增長約6.7%至7.8%。
預期虧損主要原因：1.集團於2023年度的生物資產公平值減銷售成本變動將預期產生虧損約人民幣3,593百萬元至人民幣3,633百萬元(2022年度：虧損人民幣1,617百萬元)，其主要是由於2023年度原料奶銷售價格下降以及肉牛與育成牛市場價格下降等因素影響所致。2.集團原料奶業務2023年度毛利率約為28.6%，較2022年度的31.4%下降約2.8個百分點。原料奶毛利率下降主要原因是原料奶供需階段性不平衡導致原料奶價格下行，集團2023年度單公斤原料奶的平均售價較2022年度下跌約6.0%。集團2023年度原料奶銷量較2022年度增長帶來的毛利增長未能完全抵消毛利率下降對利潤的影響。
面對經濟環境和行業挑戰，2023年度集團持續優化牛羣結構，通過踐行科技賦能、業務創新及精益管理等舉措深挖經營潛力。於2023年12月31日，集團奶牛存欄數量約58.3萬頭，成母牛佔比約為48.8%，同比增長2.4個百分點；2023年度集團(不含賽科星)優質生鮮乳牧場成母牛年化單產約為12.3噸，較2022年度提升約5.1%；飼料業務實施產品升級創新和結構優化，毛利率較2022年度穩中有升，並於2023年末在行業內率先成立了縣域服務中心，推動打通鏈路節點，解決最後一公里行業痛點問題；育種業務培育出了中國在美國家畜育種協會註冊的基因組第1名的奶牛種公牛，市場競爭實力進一步增強。
