《大行報告》高盛料樓市交投回升 維持今年樓價跌半成明年回升預測
高盛發表報告指,財政預算案宣布撤辣,更重要的是限制新屋銷售的壓測取消,相信交投將會回升,不過利率仍然相對偏高、淨租金回報率負面,以及高庫存水平等因素仍然存在。維持今年樓價下跌5%,明年回升5%的預測,相信利率下調是確認樓市復甦的下一個催化劑。
該行維持防守立場,即「買入」長實(01113.HK)及「沽售」新世界發展(00017.HK),直至確認樓價回升。
