《大行報告》美銀證券降希慎(00014.HK)目標價至16.5元 股息率吸引評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告指,希慎(00014.HK)去年業績略遜預期,每股派息減少至1.08元,相當於派息比率61%,管理層重申未來派息穩定增長,該行相信盈利已見底,預期今年零售收入增長6%,抵銷寫字樓租金跌幅。
報告指,其股價相當於每股資產淨值(NAV)折讓74%,股息率8.2%,屬吸引水平。目標價由17.2元下調至16.5元,反映下調每股NAV預測,並將今明兩年每股盈利預測下調4%至7%,因為大埔林海山城項目入賬較預期為慢。
