遠洋(03377.HK)境外美元證券續停牌 繼續與債權人討論制定債務重組方案
遠洋集團(03377.HK)公布,應境外美元證券相關發行人要求,境外美元證券已自去年9月15日上午9時正起於聯交所停牌,並將會繼續停牌,直至另行通知為止。
公司持續積極、努力與其財務顧問及法律顧問緊密合作,對其現有財務和營運狀況進行評估,以制定一個尊重所有持份者的權利及提供可持續的資本結構,並為集團穩定營運奠定基礎的解決方案。集團將繼續與其債權人和其他持份者進行討論,並與其顧問共同做好準備工作,以促進制定切實可行的集團境外債務重組方案。
