SOHO中國(00410.HK)去年底出租率達77.6% 全員減薪
內媒報道,SOHO中國(00410.HK)董事長徐晉透露,截至2023年底公司的出租率為77.6%,又提到面對收入下跌等多重壓力,管理層一直尋求降低成本的有效方法,包括去年已大幅削減招待費用至幾乎零的水平,同時作出了全體員工減薪的艱難決定。
SOHO中國去年中期業績顯示,集團截至2023年6月底止投資物業平均出租率為約79%,上半年營業收入錄8.21億元人民幣,按年跌8.3%。
