希望教育(01765.HK)聯屬5億人幣悉售南昌大學共青學院股權
希望教育(01765.HK)公布,其併表聯屬實體成都五月陽光教育,向江西文演出售目標公司江西昌振實業及南昌大學共青學院後勤服務100%股權,總代價為5億元人民幣(下同),預期錄得未經審核虧損約9,000萬元。
公司擬將出售事項之所得款項淨額用作改善現有院校的辦學條件,滿足基本辦學條件所需。
目標公司主要從事後勤管理服務、物業管理服務、本院基礎設施投資、開發、經營等業務。目標學校南昌大學共青學院是一所以工為主,經、管、文等多學科協調發展的獨立學院。
