內房隨A股同業受捧 富力漲17% 潤地、龍湖及越秀升5%-7%

人行2月5日起「降準」0.5個百分點，為市場提供約1萬億人民幣流動性。A股內房及中字頭板塊急升，上證及深成高收2,906及8,856，升3%及2%。港股國指高見5,479，現報5,458，升2%。
內房物管股受捧，富力(02777.HK)重越10天及20天線，午後升幅曾擴至19%報1.11元(剛為50天線)，現報1.09元，漲17%。
藍籌內房中海外(00688.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)續升逾2.5%-5%，後兩者重越10天線，最高見9.46元及24.55元，現報9.36元及24.15元，續升5.3%及5%。
美的置業(03990.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及越秀地產(00123.HK)續升3%-7%，後者股價升破10天線，最高見5.06元，現報5.03元，漲7%。
旭輝(00884.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)、恆大(03333.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及寶龍(01238.HK)續升逾4%-7%。
物管股以綠城服務(02869.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)、中海物業(02669.HK)及藍籌物管股碧服(06098.HK)表現較好，股價升逾3%-6%，後者高見5.74元，現報5.68元，續升6%。
