渣打香港今起供市民換新鈔 分行人流增三成
渣打香港宣布,今日(25日)起全線分行提供兌換新鈔服務,市民可於即日起至2月9日期間到渣打香港各分行兌換新鈔及「迎新鈔」迎接龍年。
渣打香港區個人、私人及中小企業銀行零售網絡主管羅倩兒表示,今年是全面復常後首個農曆新年,市民對新鈔的需求較往年熱烈,今早來分行兌換新鈔的人流比去年增加約三成,網上預訂新鈔服務更是開放首日隨即爆滿。
為加快兌換流程,渣打香港全線分行從今日起一連三天,提早於上午8時開始提供兌換新鈔服務,而在上午8時至9時期間,全部分行櫃位將用作兌換新鈔,縮短市民排隊輪候時間。部份分行亦特設長者專屬櫃位及關愛座,方便有需要人士。
