《本地樓市》萬科香港牛頭角重建項目獲批興建商住物業
屋宇署於去年11月批出9份建築圖則,當中萬科香港旗下牛頭角定富街45至79號項目,獲批准發展為商住物業,可興建一幢20層高的樓宇,涉及總樓面面積約93,408平方呎,當中包括住宅面積約77,775平方呎及非住宅樓面約15,633平方呎。
根據資料,萬科香港於2022年11月就牛頭角定富街71至79號舊樓物業進行強拍程序,並以底價約1.415億元統一業權。而定富街45至47號、49至51號及53至63號三幢舊樓,則於2023年4月以強拍底價4.525億元統一業權。
另外,新世界(00017.HK)九龍塘又一村低密度住宅項目玫瑰苑,獲批建1幢8層高分層住宅,總樓面約11.68萬方呎。
而由財團持有的油麻地德昌里16至22A號舊樓,則獲准興建1幢樓高20層的商住大樓,總樓面面積約29,778平方呎。
