網易-S(09999.HK)升逾2% 據報撤回對暴雪軟體著作權案訴訟
據內媒報道,網易-S(09999.HK) 起訴暴雪娛樂計算機軟件著作許可使用合同糾紛案於昨日(18日)的開庭取消,因網易撤銷訴訟。網易今日(19日)高開2.12%,最高見141.4元。現報140.6元,升2.55%,成交152.85萬股,涉資2.15億元。
據上海市高級人民法院開庭公告,網易旗下上海網之易網絡科技發展有限公司,起訴暴雪娛樂計算機軟件著作權許可使用合約糾紛案,原先安排於昨日上午在上海市浦東新區人民法院知識產權審判庭開庭審理,其後法院發布該案開庭取消公告。
