首程控股(00697.HK)：設立北京機器人基金並擔任執行事務合夥人
格隆匯1月19日丨首程控股(00697.HK)發佈公吿，近日，集團所屬首程資本旗下公司(“首程資本旗下公司”，公司的全資附屬公司)與北京國有資本運營管理有限公司(“北京國管”)全資附屬公司(“北京國管旗下公司”)以及北京市政府投資引導基金(有限合夥)(“北京市引導基金”)訂立合夥協議，共同發起成立北京機器人產業發展投資基金(有限合夥)(“北京機器人基金”)，並由北京國管旗下另一附屬公司擔任北京機器人基金的基金管理人。
北京機器人基金認繳規模為人民幣100億元，北京國管旗下公司為普通合夥人暨執行事務合夥人、首程資本旗下公司為普通合夥人暨執行事務合夥人、及北京市引導基金為有限合夥人。北京機器人基金將重點圍繞國家及北京市機器人產業相關領域戰略性佈局開展股權投資，重點投向機器人本體、產業鏈零部件、產業鏈創新應用等領域，助推北京市機器人產業快速發展。
北京市引導基金是由北京市政府批准設立的政府引導基金，旨在充分發揮政府資金的引導放大作用，帶動社會資本參與北京市重點產業和重點領域發展。北京國管是由北京市政府出資設立的以國有資本運營和股權管理為重點，以國有資本證券化和價值最大化為目標的國有資本運營公司，受託管理北京市多隻重大基金，管理基金總規模達人民幣2,000億元，北京國管堅持大力發揮國有資本的戰略引導作用，積極落實京津冀協同發展、推動科技創新中心建設等領域的重大投資項目。北京國管自2022年11月14日成為公司戰略股東至今，雙方合作逐步加深，本次共同發起設立基金將雙方的緊密合作關係進一步延伸至項目端，是戰略股東對於集團業務的深度賦能。
