Uniqlo在日本控告Shein抄襲斜揹袋
迅銷(06288.HK)旗下Uniqlo在日本控告Shein,指控後者抄襲其廣受歡迎的圓形迷你斜揹袋,要求Shein 必須立即停止銷售「仿製品」並賠償損失。此前,H&M在香港起訴Shein侵犯版權。
Shein成立於中國,現總部位於新加坡。迅銷發聲明稱,Uniqlo提出訴訟是因為Shein的仿製品與公司自有產品非常相似,認為Shein銷售仿製品將嚴重損害顧客對Uniqlo品牌及其產品品質的高度信心。
