中銀(02388.HK):近期存息回落 料機管局零售債券超額認購機會大
機管局發行50億零售債券,一手入場費1萬元,年期爲兩年半,每三個月派息,年息4.25釐。聯席牽頭行之一中銀香港(02388.HK)個人數字金融產品部副總經理周國昌預計,今次錄得超額認購的機會較大,因近期銀行存款息率顯着回落,相信今次債券息率吸引,預料會吸引至少20萬名客戶認購。
他又稱,雖然今次債券息率較去年發行的銀債及綠債息率爲低,但一般仍會吸引新客戶參與,加上機管局債券屬於高評級及低風險,預計不會明顯影響認購反應。
