格隆匯12月29日丨越秀地產(00123.HK)發佈公吿,2023年12月28日,透過廣州宏泰房地產開發有限公司(公司實際擁有27.7725%權益的聯營企業)(“廣州宏泰”),通過公開掛牌方式以人民幣43.9355億元成功競得廣州市天河區黃雲路AT1003010、AT1003075、AT1003082地塊(“廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊”)。

公司透過廣州宏泰,通過公開掛牌方式以人民幣43.9355億元成功競得廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊。廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊佔地面積約4.1108萬平方米,總可建築面積約15.3495萬平方米,其中總計容建築面積約9.7998萬平方米。廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊性質擬為商住用地。廣州宏泰將於廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊所建商住物業擬用於出售。

根據規劃限制條件,廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊內配建市政道路用地2.0158萬平方米、綠化用地2.4379萬平方米、河涌用地3.9497萬平方米。建成後,配建工程將無償移交給廣州市政府指定部門。

廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊位於天河區天河智谷板塊,東側為公司世界大觀一期項目,地塊一線臨湖,生態景觀資源優越。地塊3公里內商業、教育、醫療配套豐富。商業配套有大型商場,可滿足日常購物、餐飲娛樂等需求,教育配套有小學及中學,醫療配套有暨南大學附屬第一醫院(東圃院區)和廣州醫科大學附屬中醫醫院(天河新院區)。董事會認為,公司以合理成本收購廣州市天河區世界大觀二期地塊,將增加公司的優質土地儲備,並有助於鞏固公司在廣州的戰略地位。
