廣博股份(002103.SZ):與關聯方廣博物業簽訂租賃協議
格隆匯12月22日丨廣博股份(002103.SZ)公佈,公司為有效提高公司資源利用效益,滿足園區統一管理的需要,向關聯方寧波廣博物業服務有限公司(簡稱“廣博物業”)出租位於寧波市海曙區石碶街道車何廣博工業園內的部分廠房、辦公室及員工宿舍。租賃面積合計約為38,500平方米,租賃期限自2024年1月1日起至2024年12月31日止,整體租金合計不超過600萬元人民幣,具體內容以雙方簽訂的《租賃協議》為準。
