再次一字跌停！算力租賃龍頭股“小作文”成真遭爆錘
12月6日開盤，恒潤股份（603985.SH）再陷一字跌停僵局，封單金額超10億元。
昨晚公吿實錘了，還牽扯出董事長被刑拘的更多細節。看來傳言即真相，在A股很多時候奏效的！
傳言成真了
12月5日晚間，恒潤股份董事長因涉嫌內幕交易罪被刑事拘留，控股子公司總經理也正在協助調查。同日，公司控股子公司上海潤六尺科技有限公司(下稱“上海潤六尺”)總經理張亞洲先生正在協助常州市公安局直屬分局的調查。
恒潤股份表示，截至目前，公司未收到有關機關對公司的任何調查或配合調查文件。公司已針對相關事項做了妥善安排，目前公司生產經營有序開展，公司管理層將進一步加強經營管理，確保公司經營活動的正常進行。
公開信息顯示，此次被刑事拘留的承立新出生於1967年5月，高級經濟師。2003年7月至2004年11月任江陰市恒潤法蘭有限公司執行董事、經理，2004年11月至今任恒潤股份董事長。
承立新是恒潤股份原控股股東，截至三季度末，承立新持有恒潤股份約7495萬股，佔總股本的17%，是公司第二大股東。
據資料，張亞洲的公開身份為上海六尺科技集團實際控制人，同時也是潤六尺副董事長、總經理。據公開報道，張亞洲在今年11月下旬尚公開露面接受有關媒體採訪。
承立新涉嫌內幕交易的具體情況，外界尚未可知。
一度沾上“算力”概念股價起飛
公開資料顯示，恒潤股份主營輾制環形鍛件、鍛製法蘭及其他自由鍛件的研發、生產和銷售。主要產品包括輾製法蘭、輾制鍛件、鍛製法蘭、自由鍛件、三排獨立變槳軸承。2023年前三季度，恒潤股份營收為12.47億元，同比下降8.08%；淨利5806萬元，同比微增2.51%。
儘管業績並不出眾，但恒潤股份自今年10月16日起股價出現連續大升，期間短短10個交易日最高升幅高達76%。
驅動便是沾上了“算力”概念，恒潤股份一時成為市場焦點。
10月16日收盤後，恒潤股份發佈公吿稱，控股子公司上海潤六尺近日與供應商A(因涉及商業機密及保密義務，簡稱“供應商A”)簽署了《購銷合同》，上海潤六尺向供應商A採購75台H800NVLink算力服務器及配套設備(含設備安裝調試服務費)，合同金額為17100萬元；採購22台A800NVLinK算力服務器及配套設備(含設備安裝調試服務費)，合同金額為3080萬元。
11月7日晚，恒潤股份再次發佈公吿稱，公司控股子公司上海潤六尺與蕪湖高新區管委會簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方擬針對智慧算力基礎設施建設及產業鏈聚合展開全方位戰略合作，賦能長三角地區的智算中心產業集羣，落地建設不少於40000P智算中心，共同致力於將蕪湖集羣打造成“東數西算”標杆和樣板。
11月8日，恒潤股份再次上升，並在盤中創下54.92元的歷史新高。但此後，公司股價即一路下跌，截至發稿，最大跌幅已超過48%。
可以發現，最近抓人挺多的，董事長成了高危職業！這一輪監管的嚴打，是要把金融風險擠乾淨。在這種情況下，A股市場表現能好嗎？而踩雷的上市公司，股價也受到影響的。
當然，等我們把風險出清，加上明年美聯儲進入降息週期。A股要真正好起來，最快是明年3月，再者是美聯儲可能第一次降息的5月！
