太古擬未來兩年回購最多60億元股份
太古A(00019.HK)與太古B(00087.HK)聯合公佈,董事局已批準透過於公開市場回購公司的普通A股和B股計劃。回購金額最高爲60億元。計劃的資金將以公司可用資本和現金儲備撥付。回購期間由2023年12月6日至2025年5月舉行的公司股東周年大會結束。
董事局認爲實施計劃符合公司及股東的整體最佳利益。於現況下進行股份回購可展示公司對業務展望及前景充滿信心,且最終會爲公司帶來裨益及爲其股東創造價值。
