《即日市評》恆指造淡 內房、內需股及新世界受壓
受友邦(01299.HK)及比亞迪(01211.HK)拖累下,恆指今日(27日)反覆造淡。市場觀望美國息口走向,美股道指及納指上周五(24日)各升0.3%及跌0.1%,撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息處於4.492厘,美匯指數跌至103.31,道指期貨最新跌44點或0.12%,納指期貨最新跌0.17%。內地10月規模以上工業企業實現利潤按年僅增2.7%(9月份增11.9%),上證綜指全日跌9點或0.3%收3,031點,深證成指跌0.55%,而滬深兩市成交額共8,288億元人民幣。 一個月港元拆息升至5.53厘創16年新高,恆指高開118點後掉頭向下,曾跌201點一度低見17,358點,午後跌幅顯著收窄,全日跌34點或0.2%,收17,525點;國指跌15點或0.3%,收6,025點;恆生科技指數升6點或0.2%,收4,031點。大市全日成交總額759.14億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流人12.62億及7.73億元人民幣。 科技股方面,騰訊(00700.HK)全日升近0.5%收322.8元,阿里-SW(09988.HK)微跌0.1%,美團-W(03690.HK)走低0.5%。 另新世界發展(00017.HK)股價挫6.4%收12.34元,新創建(00659.HK)跌近7.4%,周大福(01929.HK)則升近2.8%。 【新世界受壓 內房股向下】 內房股向下,旭輝(00884.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK)各跌11.4%及10.4%,富力(02777.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)均跌5.8%,新城(01030.HK)跌3.8%、龍湖(00960.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各跌4.1%及3.1%。據報建行(00939.HK)與包括萬科(02202.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、新城等6家房企召開座談會,擬進一步支持融資需求。 里昂發表研究報告指,近日多次傳出內地當局正在起草房地產開發商融資白名單,並有傳銀行將向優質開發商提供無抵押的貸款融資,對此內房股反應正面。惟該行提醒,至今暫時仍未有官方機構證實相關傳聞的真確性,又指相似的傳言其實早於2021及2022年都曾經傳出過,另外基於中國當局對管控系統性風險的一貫做法,要求銀行提供無抵押貸款似乎並不合理,呼籲投資者留意消息真偽。 【沽空率回落 內需股造淡】 港股主板今日市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率為15比26(上日13為比28),下跌股份1,106隻(跌幅2.4%),恆指成份股今日27隻股份上升,50隻股份下跌,升跌比率為34比63(上日為1比99);大市今日錄沽空139.16億元,佔可沽空股份成交額621.99億元的22.373%(上日34.481%)。 部份內需股造淡,青啤(00168.HK)、潤啤(00291.HK)及百威亞太(01876.HK)各跌約2%至3%,體育用品股李寧(02331.HK)今早曾低見21.6元創逾三年半低,全日跌2.6%。 里昂發表行業報告,重申對李寧「跑贏大市」投資評級,但下調對其目標價由34元降至26元,相當於預測未來12個月市盈率13.5倍(此前予18倍估值)。該行指,李寧2023年第三季零售流水按年增長錄中單位數,下調2023財年銷售指引,均令市場感到沮喪,管理層計劃減少2023年第四季對分銷商銷量,以幫助緩解分銷商的庫存壓力。因此,李寧公司2023財年的銷售增長指引從13%至17%左右,下調至按年單位數增長。李寧於「雙11」電商銷售額較去年同期錄單位數成長,增幅依然不大,而折扣則較去年同期持平。
