德祥地產(00199.HK)預計中期淨虧損不少於1.5億港元 同比盈轉虧
格隆匯11月23日丨德祥地產(00199.HK)公佈,根據集團截至2023年9月30日止六個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步審閲,集團預期於該期間將錄得公司擁有人應占淨虧損不少於1.5億港元,相比去年同期公司擁有人應占淨溢利約為1.26億港元元。
該期間轉為預期淨虧損的主要原因是由於以下於2022期間的事項沒有於該期間內發生:(i)來自出售九龍珀麗酒店之應占溢利約為2.23億港元;及(ii)位於加拿大的酒店物業的公平值增加致使應占減值虧損撥回約6280萬港元。因此,預計於aging期間將錄得集團應占合營公司的淨虧損不少於5000萬港元,相比2022期間集團應占合營公司的淨溢利約為2.58億港元。
