畢馬威中國料FINI有效降低市場參與者風險
畢馬威中國資本市場合夥人劉大昌表示,港交所(00388.HK)今日(22日)起啟用全新的首次公開招股結算平台FINI,象徵香港資本市場的標誌性改革,通過數碼化新股結算流程,市場參與者及監管機構將能於同一雲端平台上管理新股結算、獲取實時資訊,從而提升市場效率及香港於國際主要證券市場間的競爭力。
他預期,FINI推出後,可有效降低市場參與者從新股定價至掛牌期間所面對的風險,同時新引入的公開招股資金預付模式,有助於減少新股在超額認購所凍結的資金,增加市場資金流動性。
