中国金控(00875.HK)向国企出售广东从玉进出口49%股权
中国金控(00875.HK)公布,附属公司广东从玉农业向广州从化粮食发展,出售广东从玉进出口贸易49%股权作混改,代价490万元人民币,完成后,集团持广东从玉进出口股权将降至51%。
广东从玉进出口主要从事大宗农产品批发销售业务。广州从化粮食发展为国有企业,由广州市从化区政府国有资产监督管理局全资拥有。集团认为,混改使集团能够与国有企业合作,拓宽销售渠道、丰富农业及肉类业务的产品种类,提高盈利能力,并为股东带来更可观的回报。(cy/w)
