穆迪將葡萄牙評級從Baa2升級至A3 展望穩定
穆迪投資者服務公司週五將葡萄牙長期外幣和本幣發行人的評級以及高級無擔保評級從Baa2上調兩個等級至A3;前景從正面調整為穩定。
穆迪表示,此次升級反映了經濟和財政改革、私營部門去槓桿化和銀行業走強帶來的持續正面信貸效應。
該機構表示,預計葡萄牙明年GDP成長率為1.6%,低於2023年2.1%的成長速度。不過,該國中期成長前景穩健,未來五年經濟年平均成長率約2%在2%左右。穆迪估計,透過一系列提高競爭力和就業的經濟和勞動力市場改革,葡萄牙的成長潛力在過去十年中大幅增加。
穆迪也表示,政府債務對GDP比率預計將持續呈下降趨勢,明年將降至略高於GDP的100%。
