《即日市評》恆指升近4% 騰訊季績勝預期 內房股彈
美國10月通脹率低於預期、市場憧憬內地向城中村改造及保障性住房注一萬億人民幣資金,恆指今日(15日)節節上升及重返萬八關。美國10月消費物價指數按年升3.2%及按月持平,均低於預測,加深市場對美國加息周期已見頂的預期,美股道指及納指隔晚(14日)各升1.4%及2%。撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息跌穿4.5厘水平至4.438厘,美匯指數跌至104.14,道指期貨最新升106點或0.3%,納指期貨最新升0.5%。內地公布「三頭馬車」數據,10月全國規模以上工業增加值按年增4.6%略勝預期、10月社會消費品零售總額按年增7.6%(高於市場預期增7%)、首十月城鎮固定資產投資按年升2.9%(市場預期升3.1%)。上證綜指全日升16點或0.55%收3,072點,深證成指升0.72%,而滬深兩市成交額共9,901億元人民幣。 恆指高開439點後升幅擴大,全日升682點或3.9%,收18,079點;國指升239點或4%,收6,204點;恆生科技指數升174點或4.4%,收4,125點。大市全日成交總額按日升76%至1,349.49億元,為逾兩個月高。滬、深港通南下交易淨流出34.04億及30.9億元人民幣。 【恆指返萬八 騰訊京東揚】 對利率敏感的科網股今日受追捧,騰訊(00700.HK)及京東-SW(09618.HK)公布季績前夕,全日股價各上揚4.8%及6.4%,阿里-SW(09988.HK)股價彈高近5.1%收83.2元,美團-W(03690.HK)漲4.6%。 騰訊今日收市後公布第三季業績,純利達361.82億元人民幣按年跌9.4%,超出本網綜合券商預測介乎287.31億元至356.19億人民幣的上限水平;每股盈利3.828元人民幣。以非國際財務報告準則計算的純利按年增長39.3%,達到449.21億元人民幣,同樣超越本網綜合券商預測介乎372.33億元至422.5億人民幣的上限。非國際財務報告準則每股盈利為4.753元人民幣。第三季騰訊錄得收入約1,546.25億元,按年增長10.4%。核心業務增值服務收入達757.48億元,按年升4.2%。 野村發表亞太區市場策略報告表示,美國隔晚(14日)公布10月通脹數據放緩及中國擬注入流動性的消息,為今日(15日)亞洲股市上升供提振作用。該行指美國10月核心CPI按月僅升0.2%(低於市場原預期升0.3%),該行相信數據受到聯儲局及市場所觀迎。該行估計亞股近期會進一步升,隨著美聯儲局主席鮑威爾淡化美國數據近期的強勢,令再加息的門檻提得更高。 【升股千三隻 內房股彈高】 港股今日市寬略轉好,主板股票的升跌比率為33比11(上日20為比18),上升股份1,382隻(升幅3.2%),恆指成份股今日全數80隻股份上升,無股份下跌,升跌比率為100比0(上日為63比34);大市今日錄沽空246.92億元,佔可沽空股份成交額1,198.07億元的20.61%(上日21.824%)。 內房股顯著上升,融創中國(01918.HK)升11.1%,旭輝(00884.HK)升8%,龍湖(00960.HK)、恆大(03333.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)升5.7%至6.8%,中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)各走高4.7%至4.9%。 野村表示有報道指中國可能正在考慮「為國家城中村改造和保障性住房計劃提供至少1萬億人民幣(約1,370億美元)的低成本融資」,流動性注入的可能選擇包括抵押補充貸款(PSL)及特別貸款,連同當局此前公布一連串措施將可增加其經濟和金融市場的支持,雖然中國確實沒有推出「火箭筒」政策包,但該行認為相關措施疊加起來可能有助於經濟的最終週期性復甦。該行的中國房地產分析師認為此舉是一個重大利好,因為只要計劃能迅速執行,使購房者能夠提高槓桿率,這將為內房銷售情緒提供顯著支撐,從而有助於再次恢復購屋者對房價的信心。
