踩雷！百億私募旗下產品多層嵌套投資，鉅額資金遭“捲款跑路”，董事長最新迴應
今日，一則傳聞引發市場廣泛關注，傳聞稱“杭州私募造假跑路，引發百億FOF私募華軟新動力踩雷”。目前，根據華軟新動力的迴應，該傳聞似乎屬實。
最新，華軟新動力董事長徐以升私下表態稱：“近日忙於為委託人做信息披露，以及做底層資產追索工作。”
底層產品管理人捲款跑路
廣傳的截圖顯示，華軟新動力旗下產品出現多層嵌套投資情況，華軟新動力先投資了杭州匯盛，杭州匯盛再下投至杭州瑜瑤，再下投磐京，投前的估值表和投後的業績全是假的。
此外，該多層嵌套投資過程中還存在違規操作，才導致了資金被轉移。
有知情人士透露：“該嵌套產品的最後一層基金合同上的打款賬户竟然不是產品賬户，而是管理人的公司賬户，所以資金等於直接打到了管理人賬户裏，之後被直接轉移走了，底層產品管理人一直在提供虛假估值。之前大家都沒發現，最近發現它估值出得越來越慢、甚至延期出，才導致事情敗露。”
最新，華軟新動力也向渠道做出解釋，稱新動力旗下FOF下投了杭州匯盛，而匯盛先前聲稱自己是做量化對沖策略，後來經華軟新動力調查發現，匯盛只是將資金去投了瑜瑤投資的產品，華軟新動力迅速採取行動，上週已經報案抓捕產品造假的私募管理人杭州匯盛。華軟新動力對下投方面的失誤以及由此引發的一些不實市場傳聞給投資者帶來的困擾深表歉意。
而且上述事件牽涉其中的杭州瑜瑤和磐京，都存在不少風險。
目前，據媒體探訪，瑜瑤投資的辦公場地已經人去樓空。大樓物業稱：“今年9月30日這家公司就搬走了，聽説是出事了，東西都清光了。”
而磐京投資已於2022年9月因異常經營、以及不能持續符合管理人登記要求被中國基金業協會註銷。截至註銷時，公司仍有6只產品未在系統提交清算。
今年2月，磐京投資還曾因涉嫌私募違規，被上海證監局進行立案調查。同時，磐京投資實控人毛崴還曾多次被監管調查和採取相關監管措施。
官網今日連發兩份公吿
據官網信息，華軟新動力目前的資產管理規模超過160億元，服務對象涵蓋了多類型機構投資人，包括銀行、券商、期貨、信託等金融機構，以及央企國企、上市公司、家族客户等高淨值客户。
關於踩雷後續，華軟新動力董事長徐以升私下表態稱：“近日忙於為委託人做信息披露，以及做底層資產追索工作。”
值得關注的是，華軟新動力今日在官網連發兩份公吿，宣佈旗下一私募產品臨時開放贖回，同時旗下多隻產品變更管理人。
公吿稱，“華軟新動力平衡價值1號私募證券投資基金”將於11月16日進行臨時開放，臨時開放日僅接受贖回申請。通過本計劃管理人直銷渠道辦理贖回業務的，業務辦理流程參照本計劃合同。通過代銷渠道東方證券股份有限公司辦理贖回業務的，贖回業務需要在2023年11月16日當天辦理。
同時，由於運作需要，華軟新動力旗下6只產品將基金經理變更為高暘，高暘為清華大學計算機專業碩士，現任北京華軟新動力私募基金管理有限公司基金經理，多年基金從業經驗，曾任嘉實基金管理有限公司研究員，擅長股票和基金投資策略。
6只產品分別是滴海新動力進取多策略1號私募證券投資基金、華軟新動力遠航FOF1號、華軟新動力興瀛穩進1號FOF、滴海新動力穩健多策略1號、新動力套利7號和滴海新動力穩健專享1號。
