晶澳科技(002459.SZ)第三季度淨利潤19.51億元 同比增長22.87%
格隆匯10月30日丨晶澳科技(002459.SZ)公佈2023年第三季度報吿，2023年7-9月，營業收入191.38億元，同比減少8.23%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤19.51億元，同比增長22.87%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤18.66億元，同比增長16.00%，基本每股收益0.59元。
2023年前三季度，公司實現營業收入599.81億元，較上年同期增長21.61%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為67.65億元，較上年同期增長105.62%；公司報吿期末總資產為1039.99億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產為352.04億元。
2023年前三季度：
1、不斷加大全球市場佈局，充分發揮自身的全球市場營銷服務網絡優勢和品牌優勢，進一步加大市場開拓力度帶動公司電池組件出貨。2023年前三季度，公司電池組件出貨量37.63GW(含自用965MW)，其中組件海外出貨量佔比約52%，分銷出貨量佔比約31%。
2、持續推進n型產能佈局，截至目前揚州10GW電池項目、曲靖10GW電池及5GW組件項目、石家莊10GW切片及10GW電池項目、東台10GW電池及10GW組件項目陸續投產，n型電池產能逐步釋放，滿足市場對高效產品需求，提升公司盈利能力。此外揚州、曲靖第二個各10GWn型電池項目按計劃推進，其中揚州項目計劃於年末投產，截至2023年末公司n型電池產能將超過57GW。
3、為了進一步建立、健全公司長效激勵機制，公司制定並實施2023年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃。經調整，向2,701名激勵對象授予8,001.8120萬份股票期權；向11名激勵對象授予340萬股限制性股票。激勵計劃結合未來行業和公司發展，制訂了公司層面業績考核目標，2023年、2024年、2025年實現淨利潤分別不低於95億元、125億元、160億元；或2023年、2024年、2025年實現營業收入分別不低於1,000億元、1,200億元、1,500億元。目前已經完成向激勵對象授予限制股登記工作，期權授予登記工作正在推進中。
4、完成可轉債發行工作，可轉債於2023年8月4日起在深圳證券交易所掛牌交易，募集資金89.60億元，用於"包頭晶澳(三期)20GW拉晶、切片項目"、曲靖"年產10GW高效電池和5GW高效組件項目"、揚州"年產10GW高效率太陽能電池項目"及補充流動資金，助力公司n型產品產能擴張。
